About the event
This stand up paddle board yoga class is designed for particpants with some paddle boarding and yoga experience looking for more. This advanced SUP yoga class with experiment with longer and more complicated flows, but still will have modifications as needed. Please join this class only if you have taken a few all level classes or have prior paddle board yoga expierience.
